Hiring Process
Once your application is
submitted to the Human Resources Department, an initial screening takes place
by the HR Manager; acknowledgement and status of the application will be
communicated either via telephone or mail. Once the applicant is
determined qualified for the position applied, the application will be
forwarded to the appropriate manager for review and possible interview. A
team of peers will wrap up the final step of the interview process and will
actually make a recommendation for hire based on their interview with the
applicant. MCH follows this special process because we hire special
people. MCH employees take personal interest and ownership in making sure
the best person for the job is hired and that person will be the right
fit.

This is a part-time position with a minimum of 16 hours per week. Shifts alternate between 6:00 am-2:30 pm and 11:00 am – 7:30 pm. No more than 2 weekends per month.
Some of the responsibilities include: Daily menu for patients, setting up menu cards for meals; distributes all patient information to personnel required for meals, likes & dislikes of food products; preparation of nourishment & delivery of nourishments; delivers food carts; cleaning; knowledge of OSHA/Safety Responsibilities; knowledge of principles of the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point Systems (HACCP); works cooperatively with other hospital staff to assure patient needs are met.

This is a seasonal position in the Maintenance Department. Hours are 7:00A-3:30P (up to 40 hours per week depending on weather). No weekends. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Maintaining neat and well-kept exterior grounds. Maintaining all parking lots and sidewalks.
Light maintenance duties as assigned.

This is a part-time (up to 24 hours per week) and PRN position; available shifts are 7A-7P and 7P-7A.
Essential Functions include:
Performing general nursing care to patients, administering prescribed medications and administering treatments in accordance with nursing standards and protocols; assessing patients and documenting thoroughly; provides patient education and discharge planning; maintains patient confidentiality and privacy at all times.
