"I would like to take this opportunity to thank your staff for the magnificent care you provided to my mother in the last days of her life. My family greatly appreciates the kindness and professionalism provided by your staff. The kindness and attentiveness shown to my mother in the final days of her life was heartwarming. I do not believe any medical staff I have ever worked with have provided a higher standard of care than what she received at Monroe County Hospital. The help was not just extended to my mother, but also my father. The nursing staff did not just take are of his medical needs, they supported him in his spiritual and emotional needs also. Almost all the staff made a point to offer their sympathy on the day of my mother's passing. A number of them stopped by to hold him and actually cry with him. It is not possible for my family to completely express in mere words our appreciation to your staff. They were amazing."
