Prior Experience Prior to coming to Monroe County Hospital & Clinics, Nermin worked at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines, IA as an Internal Medicine Hospitalist and Pulmonary and Critical Care Nurse Practitioner. Prior to that, Nermin has over ten years of experience in nursing ranging from ICU, Emergency Services, Cath Lab, and Pediatric Home Care. He received his Masters and Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Walden University and his Associates of Science in Nursing from Mercy College of Health Sciences.
