Monroe County Hospital & Clinics – An Eighth Year Recipient of the Top Workplace Award
Monroe County Hospital & Clinics (MCHC) has been named a Top Workplace by the Des Moines Register for the 8th year in a row! MCHC placed 5th out of the 55 mid-sized companies for top workplaces. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
“Being a top workplace is all about having an excellent team. A team that creates the right culture for success, “says Veronica Fuhs, MCHC CEO. “It is an honor to receive this award for the 8th year in a row. I want to thank the entire crew of MCHC. I am grateful to lead such a talented group of professionals.”
“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That’s something to be proud of. In today’s market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That’s paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”
