The Board of Trustees of Monroe County Hospital & Clinics met Wednesday, February 9th to approve a contract for Ted Church, M.D. Dr. Church is a certified family practitioner who will join the Medical Clinic around the end of March. Dr. Church is a graduate of the University of Iowa School of Medicine and has practiced in the states of Washington, Iowa and Wyoming. His wife, Jeanne Beary Church, is a native of Albia.
“Dr. Church is a very good addition to the Clinic staff and will bring a valuable service to the community. We are excited to have him join our team,” said Dr. Gerald Haas, Chief Medical Officer.
Hospital CEO Greg Paris added, “We are very pleased to add Dr. Church to our Medical Staff and in turn keep our pledge of providing quality medical care and service to the community. I believe our patients will find Dr. Church to be a warm and caring individual; he perfectly fits the definition of a small town physician.”
