Rick Henderson has been a member of MCHC’s Maintenance Team since December of 2010. Rick shares that he enjoys working at MCHC because he is involved in so many different projects and is not doing the same thing every day. He also loves the people he works with and the MCHC atmosphere. Rick is regularly recognized by his co-workers for his positive attitude and willingness to help others. He has been a life-long resident of Monroe County. After graduating from Albia High School, Rick farmed for 30 years before entering the healthcare maintenance field. He currently lives in rural Albia with his wife Mary Kay. Rick and Mary Kay have two grown children, a daughter who lives in Fort Dodge, Iowa and a son who lives in Salt Lake City, Utah.
